A Framework for TFGBV Programming provides guidance for developing and implementing effective prevention, response and mitigation strategies to address technology-facilitated gender-based violence (TFGBV).
Developed by UNFPA in partnership with Australia's eSafety Commissioner, this Framework is designed as a user-friendly, evidence-based tool to inform funding decisions, policy development, and the design and implementation of TFGBV programmes.
It serves as a critical resource for organizations, practitioners and donors, and offers actionable insights into key principles, best practices, and strategies for creating survivor-centered and trauma-informed TFGBV programming.
The Framework was developed on behalf of the Global Partnership for Action Against Gender-Based Online Harassment and Abuse.
