FGM/C Terms of Reference and Inception Report

The ongoing evaluation is conducted jointly by the Evaluation Office at UNFPA and by the Evaluation Office at UNICEF. The joint evaluation management group is the main decision-making body for the evaluation and has the overall management oversight of the evaluation process.
