Procedure to follow to request a management evaluation of an administrative decision alleging non-compliance with a staff member’s contract of employment or terms of appointment.
Establishes the framework for discipline in UNFPA. It explains UNFPA’s disciplinary procedures and the procedures for the imposition of disciplinary measures, as well as due process during the Investigation process and the Disciplinary Process.
