UNFPA's Technical Division, Africa Regional Office, Africa Sub-Regional Offices (Dakar and Johannesburg), Rwanda Country Office, and the Division of Human Resources are jointly organizing a capacity building workshop on programming for young people in Kigali, Rwanda from 24 - 28 August 2009.
The purpose of the workshop is to strengthen the participating country offices’ capacity to operationalize and scale up programming for young people through the use of UNFPA’s Framework For Action on Adolescents and Youth. It meant for the ten 2009 ARO's focus countries: Benin, Burkina Faso, Ethiopia, Malawi, Niger, Nigeria, Rwanda, Sierra Leone, Uganda and Zambia.
