The Position:
The Administrative Associate delivers quality services in administration, travel management, procurement and operations to internal and external clients. You will report to either the Operations Manager and supervise support staff.

Job Purpose:
You support the effective management of UNFPA programme activities in the areas of population and development, reproductive health, GBV and gender.
You will demonstrate a client-oriented, results-focused approach to interpreting the rules, procedures and guidelines in relation to administration and operations, while providing support and guidance to the Regional Office (RO) and UNFPA-supported projects.
Education:
Completed Secondary Level Education required. First level university degree desirable.
Knowledge and Experience:
- Seven years of relevant experience in administration, travel management, procurements finance, or office management.
- Proficiency in current office software applications and corporate IT systems.
Languages:
Fluency in English and Arabic; knowledge of other official UN languages, preferably French is desirable.
