The Position:
The Chief Corporate Digital Solutions is responsible for the operation and evolution of UNFPA’s core corporate digital solutions including the ERP and CRM systems. This includes responsibility for defining and maintaining the solutions architecture as well as managing the team supporting the solutions. The team is responsible for enabling organizational effectiveness and promotes common platforms for UNFPA’s corporate solutions.
You will report directly to the IT Director.

Job Purpose:
The Chief Corporate Digital Solutions ensures strong relationships with business owners and devises the overall direction for UNFPA’s core corporate digital solutions. This includes supporting business owners in envisioning solutions that underpin business priorities and devising solutions that are fit for the organization.
Qualifications and Experience:
Education:
Advanced university degree in Information Technology, Business Administration or related discipline. A first-level university degree combined with management or project management certification programs and 2 additional years of qualifying experience may be accepted in lieu of the advanced university degree.
Knowledge and Experience:
- Minimum 10 years’ experience with increasing levels of scope and responsibility.
- Knowledge and understanding of ERP and CRM systems in cloud environments
- Sound experience on information systems management and support
- Strong knowledge of broad administrative functional activities, and practical business analysis experience
- Knowledgeable about UN system policies and operations and advantage
- Ability to communicate effectively within all levels of the organization, including briefing executive management and key client stakeholders
Languages:
Fluency in English is required; knowledge of other official UN languages, preferably French and/or Spanish, is desirable.
