The consultant will provide technical and policy support to integrate gender-transformative and social norms change approaches into UNFPA’s programs in BARMM. The consultant will work closely with government agencies, local government units (LGUs), civil society organizations (CSOs), and development partners to advance sustainable strategies addressing harmful gender norms.
