Position Summary

The Finance Associate post is located in the Kenya Country Office and reports to the Finance Analyst. The Finance Associate ensures the effective functioning of financial operations and systems in support of the programme and office management.
He/she works closely with programme and project staff providing financial monitoring and analysis of projects and advising managers on expenditure trends and implementation rates.
Qualifications and Experience

Education:
Secondary Education. First level university degree in accounting / finanace or equivalent professional qualifications desirable.
Knowledge and Experience:
Seven years of relevant experience in administration, finance or office management.
Proficiency in current office software applications and corporate IT financial systems
Language: Fluency in English and Swahili is required.
