The Position:
The Programme Analyst, Community Outreach assists in the design and implementation of outreach activities, to ensure SRH and GBV services reach the population affected by the floods. He/she reports to the Humanitarian Response Coordinator based, working under the supervision of Local Coordinator. The Programme Analyst, Community Outreach will be based in Beira and will support on the design and implementation of activities to reach the crisis-affected population and improve their access to sexual and reproductive health services including GBV.

Qualifications and Experience
Education:
Advanced degree in social sciences, social work, population, demography and/or other related social science discipline.
Knowledge and Experience:
- Two years professional experience in the field of development and population activities, with experience in programme/ project management is desirable
- Knowledge on the situation of adolescents and youth in Mozambique
- Practical experience in design, monitoring and evaluation of development projects is an asset
- Experience using office software packages and web-based management systems.
- Knowledge and understanding of UNFPA humanitarian/development programming and operations, and about UN common programming principles including human-rights based approach, gender equality and capacity development.
- Skills in collaborating with a wide range of partners, strong communication, networking and excellent organizational skills.
Languages:
Fluency in English and Portuguese is required.
