Job Summary
National Service Contract Post: Safety Assistant, SB2 SC3, Damascus, Syria
The Safety Assistant will provide safety and reception services to UNFPA Office in Damascus and demonstrates a client-oriented approach, tact and ability to work with people of different national and cultural backgrounds. This Service contract post will report to the Security Focal Point, UNFPA Security Specialist.
Education: High school (secondary school) is required
Work Experience
- At least two years of work experience (preferably in military, safety and security or reception services) is required;
- Candidates with higher educational qualifications with less experience in the safety and security field will be considered;
- Experience with UN Agencies is an asset;
Language Good in oral and written Arabic, basic communication capabilities in English is required.
