Job Summary
The Programme Coordinator, Goma Decentralized Office is the head of the sub-office, ensuring the programmatical and administrative representation of UNFPA in the East part of the country. He/she works under the guidance of the Representative in coordination with the Deputy Representative as head of Programmes.

Qualifications and Experience
Education:
Advanced university degree in social work or other social sciences, Business Administration, public/community health, gender, legal advice as it relates to development or related field.
Knowledge and Experience:
- At least seven years of increasingly responsible professional experiences in the field of development, including designing and appraising programmes and projects.
- Awareness and knowledge of gender issues and their relevance in humanitarian and development settings.
- Woking experiences in humanitarian emergency settings.
- Knowledge of the United Nations system will be an advantage.
Languages:
Fluent in French (reading, writing and speaking). Working knowledge in English (writing and reading).
