This abstract outlines the impact of the UNFPA Last Mile Assurance process, designed to gain insight into the complexity of supply chains through which sexual and reproductive health (SRH) products flow, evaluate the capacity of the supply chain workforce, and diagnose key issues that prevent women and girls from accessing supplies at the last mile.
