Celebrating Milestones, Inspiring Action: ICPD30 at Women Deliver 2023

With ICPD turning 30, UNFPA invited feminist activists, policymakers, youth leaders, civil society representatives and private sector leaders to celebrate the legacy of the ICPD Programme of Action, to reflect on persistent challenges, to position critical ICPD issues and to mobilize action to scale up commitment to the ICPD agenda.
This ICPD30-associated event took place on 19th July during the 2023 Women Deliver conference in Kigali, Rwanda, which gathered more than 6,000 representatives from government, civil society, the private sector, faith-based organizations, academia and media from 87 countries. People shared views, concerns and ideas for the future of the ICPD agenda in person at the event and on Twitter using #ICPD30 #WD2023.
